Custom PC's

We build PC's and Servers primarily for business customers. That experience has taught us to expand our configurations beyond a predefined "line" of PC's and Servers. Since each customer's needs are unique, every system is built specifically for the needs of that customer. To accomplish this, our systems are of modular construction and capitalize on Intel's ambitious upgrade strategy. This allows simple upgrades rather than complete system replacement.

Our choice of component manufacturers is based on quality, reliability and support. From the manufacturers, we select only the upper end of the product line and keep substantial quantity in stock.

Assembly & Testing

After careful assembly, all computers must undergo a 48 hour nonstop diagnostic and burn-in procedure developed by our technicians. If a problem is detected, it is corrected and the series of tests is restarted from the beginning. Since most electronic parts failures occur within the first few hours of use, two days of continuous testing greatly assures future reliability.

Warranty & Service

Our standard warranty is three years on parts and labor, however, many parts have longer warranty periods. Details of these warranties along with computer specifications are described in the Hardware Reference Library furnished with each computer.

After warranty periods expire, we offer time and material as well as contract service agreements. In most cases, we can provide 24 hour turnaround on both warranty and service repairs to our systems.

Software

In addition to our systems, we also provide a complete line of packaged software, installation and training for a complete computing package. Among others, we represent Microsoft, Novell, DataPro Accounting and WordPerfect in the business area.

Print Services

We have been processing & mailing bill statements for nearly 40 years. We print bill statements for electric, water, propane, security monitoring and many other account types. We support statement mailing, newsletters, special inserts, capital credit checks, annual meeting & trustee election notices along with various other critical mailing functions.  We also support PDF creation for electronic bill payment and presentation systems. We can customize a printing solution for you.
